C-E Federal Credit Union will only share information when absolutely necessary. We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law. We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform market analysis and peer group comparison services on our behalf. We will not sell member information to any person or firm for any reason.

The businesses we select will offer products designed to enhance our members' economic well-being. Under no circumstances will we authorize these firms to charge your account without your express consent, and we will not sell member information to telemarketing firms.
C-E Federal Credit Union is committed to protecting your children's information online. We do not knowingly solicit data from children, and we do not knowingly market to children online. The only use we normally make of personal information is to respond via e-mail to a question or request for information from a member, which may include a child. We recognize that protecting children's identities and privacy online is important and that the responsibility to do so rests with both the online industry and with parents.
